Phlebotomy Technician

This course is a five month program of phlebotomy theory and classroom training. A minimum of 100 successful venipunctures is required to receive your certificate. This class will cover blood-sampling procedures, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, blood and cell composition, laboratory operations as well as EKG . Supplies needed for first week of class: a 2-3" 3-ring binder and notebook. By week two: one set of scrubs.
